Development Manager - 6 month contract

Sankofa Village Arkansas is hiring for a Development Manager contract position that will last for 6 months at approximately 20hours a week for $40 an hour. The purpose of this role is to create and implement a sustainable fundraising strategy. We are seeking to reduce reliance on external grants and large donors while simultaneously cultivating major donors. Our goal is to secure the capital needed to purchase land and strengthen labor and staff capacity. Please see the full position description below.
